In the old client, and alliance that won with all 10 relics, the players that played in it, we're given 5k M/O the next era, and all relic holders got a crystal for each relic held. Is this happening again now? Or no.?

No, there are currently no bonuses for winning, with or without relics.
I checked with Andrew at the start of E1A2 after our clean sweep in E1A1.

For now there is no bonus for 10 relic victories, we'll be adding in some more automated system in the future and as well statistics, when we do this we'll be adding in bonus tokens given to all players if a 10 relic win happens and also we'll be giving bonus tokens to the top players in that world.
More specific details and numbers to come once we are in the process of implementation.

While on the subject of relics.
Can you lose your relic while on vacation, like with OPs?

I would not like it to be only whoever has a relic, because then people are going to start hogging relics because of the bonus and not working like a team.
The whole alliance deserves the bonus.
