Mine says -21 is that bad? If so, how do I fix this? I cant find any info on this.

worker upkeep means as your number of workers increases you get less workers every 24? (might be wrong) ticks if you want to make this better you would need to use workers

-21 means you have 350-400 workers. This isn't too many, upkeeps will be reworked soon.

Yea im at 398 of 500 now, (still at -21) grow rate is at +27/24 ticks, so at that rate was going to be at max capacity within 4 days. Did some more reading here on the forum and learned if I build a settlement it ups max capacity to 1000, so problem solved then I guess.

1 settlement give room for 200 extra workers, but 1000 is max
and as u get more workers ur worker upkeep get higher

Yea with the settlement im at 425 / 750. Upkeep is down to -24. Normaly when I see numbers in the red its a bad thing.

I guess if I have too many workers, I can always build my sqads up, reducing the amount of workers. Am I right to asume the more workers I have the lower that upkeep number will go?
