yeah, an SM chat box would be nice.

We have already established why this is not really possible.

Create a box (separate to the game, say to the right like on Kongregate). Add terms and conditions that clearly state chat is made for 13+. Poor language will be filtered, however play on words can't be filtered out. What ever else needs to be added to make the users know that players use poor language on the internet.

Next add a limit to how many posts you can make in the space of a few seconds. If you pass it you're banned from the chat for a couple minutes. That solves the problem of spammers.

Entrust some of the active players as chat moderators. I'm sure those who are active on the game will be active in the chat. Anyone using foul language can given a warning from these moderators, if done again, banned from the chat. If the community want a chat the community can run it themselves. If they really want it to work, they will work for it, else it will be taken down.

So why isn't all this possible?
I know it's a rough idea for now, but bringing ideas together like this, rather than just saying it's not possible could help to generate a chat room for the game.
