Yeah. I do get reports of people being dissatisfied, and I myself have used PL with other games I played in the past, so I know it can be a pain to qualify for some.
This is why when I do the offers, I try to only do ones that apply to me, so I have a greater chance at qualification, or I take offers like Netflix, which I had been considering getting anyway, but can get other freebies by getting through PL.
The most valuable peice of advice I can give aside from the above is though, to read ALL of the terms and conditions of each offer. It might seem like its taking a little extra time, but if you havent noticed, you are going to spend it anyway. At least by taking the time BEFORE the offer instead of during or after it, only to not qualify, you save your information from being sold to 3rd parties unnecessarily.
Its your information. You should at least take the time in advance to make sure you are getting what it is worth for your part.
