 If not seen clearly it just sticks to a part where it says Loading 0% And it remains like that, nothing else happens, why? Please help me out anyone Fixed your image

So clearing cache and cookies didn't work? Trying another browser didn't work either?

If it's possible, try a different network on the same computer, or a different com on the same network. If one of them works then we might be able to identify the priblems, or at least make it easier

2 possible things I can think of when I've had this in the past (aside from the things already mentioned above) is see if: 1) Try update your java if possible. 2) Reset your router. I don't know why these would work, but in the past these have helped me fixed problems with loading BD in the past
