Whatever his level, ranking, W/L, HP... PLEASE, let the player with lower level Mech (whole parts, as average) get the first hit.

bla bla bla... Why give the first turn to "player with lower account level"? Account level doesnt mean that Im stronger. First turn should be used by "player with lower level mech parts". more bla bla bla...
