I was playing a match today and my opponent was able to heal twice for 50 hp ( not in the same turn). Thing is though, I can't have more than 1 repair kit on me at a time ( i have tried different combinations but nothing works).... I know I did not imagine it because I went back and watched the replay of the player healing twice.

Maybe post the video of the replay, folks may be able to explain what happened, or identify it an an exploit.
For example, was it healing HP both times, or was it something else like rockets which also shows as a 'plus number' in game

Could you please provide a video or screenshots so that we can see the exact problem which would allow us to solve it a lot quicker.

duuude, why is your video so small?

From that (tiny) video, I can't see anything off.
There are several possibilities though.
-The healing kit wasn't removed when used, allowing a second use
-Through some sort of item swaping, 2 healing kits were equipped to the mech.
