As I can see your mech now, I can give you some advices.
First, your mech is not too bad, but it may not survive against most lucifers

And my idea would be to get a better lv 22(or 23) mech.
Here is what you definitely will need to do it:

1. A Lucifer
2. Energy Shield 1 or 2, depending on your build(I'd recommend energy shield 1)
3. Teleport 3, Charge 3 and Harpoon Mark 2.
4. Explosive weapons.
5. A Flipmix(or a Jimbeam but Flipmix is better) (I'm takling about drones here)
6. Good module layout to support this build.

Than you can start saving money for a higher level build, than buy it without selling the old ones, and so on...

Oh good god Lucifer is really expensive. Also I woulden't really think about touching it,

1. It is really expensive.

2. It is like the Cyclops in most ways.

4. All I have to say for good is that I would have a pretty stable mech to earn money with. But the cyclops is good too.

And also I could get my cyclops to 405 HP if I replace my EMP gun, But what would I replace it with?

First, about Lucifer, you really should get used to saving money just to get a good torso. They are the core of your build, so they are very important. For now, you can get the Lucifer in the last place. But you will eventually need it sooner or later, especially the 55 HP difference between them is actually a BIG difference.
About your EMP gun, if you don't want to use rockets or bullets, you can use "Blaster Blue" or "Blaster Red". Their damage isn't so bad, and they can help you overheat your opponent...
And as a side note, go get a sword. You definitely will need a sword to hit opponents that dare to move next to you. But 2 of them are rarely needed, and one sword is enough, because the fight is generally fought at mid-range in lv 22 bracket.

Hmm, I could get the Blue blaster, And about the swords, I could get one no doubt about that. But I diden't get one because there is a good choice of weapons and the swords do get pretty expensive later on but they are good I know that, I usually use the knockback tree. And I just got the 2 side guns ( Blue lookout and snow white) Since they were gonna get pretty expensive and with the cyclops with the 2 guns is a good combo because of the energy regain rate. So that is why I did that, And well. I would porbably have to completely rebuild my mech with different stuff if I switch it up like that... I would be pretty defenseless if I got a sword and replaced it with one of my guns. But as it is if my enemy keeps comming at me with grapple/teleport/charge my DMG is reduced highly. My mech ain't too good I mean, But I had to replace it out with somthing a little higher then lvl 20 my previous setup had a lvl 12 body and half of the weapons were lvl 18. Sigh. I should rebuild my whole mech shoulden't I? At least somthing that is stable and won't be too expensive. Grinding isen't easy work ya know? After a while I just about go mad from the stupid wait/grind/whatev. Super mechs really has problems with the choice of stuff they have around the level 20 area. As is if, The high levelers get it easy there and just whip noobies as$es. :l

Also, How often do you see a level 20-25er with a lucifer? That's the thing you DON'T.
