yes. best of 5 have to win by 2 taking turns every match on who goes 1st lvl doesnt matter

But I'm not planning to fight in this tournament, i think it's a bit wrong to do so ;)

like if a lvl 27 and 28 get matched up they still alternate who goes 1st. thats what i meant by that
