Hello I wonder if the battle looking for it seeks by this level the player or the item he use?

Anyone can take this doubt?

matchmaking is done by the highest level equipped item not your level. level 20 is the lowest level you can play at once your level is 20 or above. so example im level 97. if i wear level 20 equipment i can fight against other people on that level. so far i have about 10-15 different builds i can use for different level matchmaking fights.

Yes.
if your xp level is 50 and you equip your mech with items that are lvl 25 you will fight against player that have level 25 items equiped.
