Repair kits are what make this game lame for me. Im going up against people using 2-3 repair kits every single match. This makes you LOSE money even if you win, creating a not so nice scenario. This game was a ton of fun but at the higher levels the repair kit stuff is just sucking all the fun out of it.

Just a suggestion (sorry its not more specific)

Thanks

So just a thought but lets say you could only use one repair kit a game would that entirely fix the problem?

It certainly would help. Even 2 per match would be better because seriously some peeps are using 4 per match. But I realize that doing that would make the whole "kit system" a bit different.

Thanks

Here's an ideal; instead of changing the quanity of repair kits, why don't you change their consequences?

What I mean is, specifically for repair kits, but any kits could apply; if you use a repair kit, every time you use it, some gold or xp is docked from your reward, if you win. so if you use three each battle, instead of getting 100xp and 2000g you get a (x3 25%) decrease to 25xp and 500g, and that will hopefully limit the number of kits you use

nah I don't think it's a good idea to reduce the gold gain. Kits are already expensive and the higher level stuff is already expensive.

Restricting them to 2 or 50% of max slots is a good idea.

I think the compromise here is people who want to protect their highscore ranking as opposed to people who want to actually make progress with their level and equipment, etc. Therefore finding some middle ground here would solve the problem, but I can't think of any more real ideas :/ the 50% decrease for space Edward mentioned is the simplest good solution to the problem
