I think will be kind of hard to add a fullscreen option at this point because mechs and items may start to look pixelated. I do like the idea however, unless it lowers the quality of the game though.

Basically, it is a yes from me.

Shouldn't really be an issue, it would simply be like being able to play bd full screen. When done right you won't lose any quality.
