I vote no on this, drones can already be a game changer if you can upgrade them they will be insanely overpowered and could even be on par with normal weapons for damage.

i agree with corrupt, A drone is quite powerful as it is with unlimited range and not spending ap, further increasing its damage through fusion is not welcome (for me at least).
