I think this would just make kits more useless than they already are. The 1,000 credit reward and premium account (which the 'top' players always have) equals 2,000 a fight, another campaign battle and you have 3,000, enough to buy a +25 resistance kit. If only 250 credits were given per battle, it would take far more battles just to get the kits for one battle than it takes now. You wouldn't be able to play multiplayer because everyone else now has kits, so you would have to play 12 campaign battles for 2 resistance kits. If this change was made, all the top players would buy tokens and premium accounts just so they could buy kits.
About the 2,000 credit reward, the premium players could get 4,000 per battle if they were lucky and got matched up against a weak mech. This is enough to buy a resistance kit and still have 1,000 credits left. I do think kits should cost less though, at 3,000 credits each it is too expensive to buy kits for every battle, which is what seems to be happening now.
