I think wipeout with 10 bullets is undepowered, making it 5 bullet or 0 would be good
Mayhem Batteries? Well they has good damage with 10 rockets idk
SuperNova? Yeah nerf it BUT DO NOT MAKE IT UNDERPOWERED
I think SGX is not OP unless it got 150+ damage

Burning and Lightning Tractors, because 3 range walking, it has low dmg, making it 52? too high. Maybe 30 damage with 47 Nrg/Heat dmg
For Flame and Thunder boots, i think best is to make them haves same damage and weight as thunder boots
