If you have had an account linked to your gift key for more than 45 days you should have an option to remove it. For example if you gave a gift key to your friend and they forget their account info then you should have an option to remove them after 45 days. I currently have this problem and can't take full advantage of 3 gift keys since one of them is locked on a lost level 1 account. But if you don't want it removed you can just keep it there until you are done with it.

Many peoples have suggested ideas that is similar to this before and they're great idea, i really want to reset gift keys (in this acc, usually i play with alty) that i give to 3 peoples ( one close to level 30 (silver box) and stopped playing , one just played the game and used my gift key and stopped playing, and one was at about level 15s and stopped playing)
