yes, he does win this way. Refresh the game and the replays should show up.

Guys I'm trying to reproduce this bug by myself, so if anyone wants to volunteer to be tested by me, add me on SM if you haven't already and PM me immediately...

I don't want to test in on ranked battles, the last time I did it has branded me as a cheater for a while, until Ilona explained why i did this, you know... so i want to keep it out of ladder matches, and also only by your wish.
