My new mech is all heat and having finally reached lvl 30 and finishing the campaign , i would like to show you my mechs parts and stats and a little bit of knowledge i have learned in my short time playing.

mech body - Vulcano
mech legs - Legs ( the last ones you can buy)
mech right top weapon - B ray 12+5 12 heat damage
mech right weapon 1 - hell force sword 60-73+4 44 heat damage
mech right weapon 2 - shark flame thrower- 40-54+4 30 heat damage
mech left top weapon _ black hole blaster - 40-50+5 18 heat damage
mech left weapon 1 - resistance drainer - 10+5 5 heat damage
mech left weapon 2 - big bright blaster - 35-40+5 40 heat damage
Drone - triple laser pointer - 37 22 heat damage
energy shield 5
teleport 7 - 38-60 electric damage 32 energy damage (LEGENDARY item)
charge 7 - 36 physical damage
harpoon mark 4 - 41 28 heat damage
3x energy and heat module 7
1x heat module 9
1x armor plating 10
430 health
160 energy
60 energy regen
223 heat
83 cooldown
KIT 1x master cooling kit
KIT 1x anvanced repair 110 health

Tip number 1
If you want heat you must use all heat based weapons to be successful and same applies for each type of class heat- electric and physical.

Tip number 2
Dont use shields energy shields will always fail you and heat shields are a no no .

Tip number 3
Dont rage quit, this game isnt that bad and if you quit your opponent still gets his exp and coin, where as you get nothing , and trust me those losses add up fast .

Tip number 4
Research parts an mech ideas before you start or as early as you can ,
by lvl 12 you need a goal or you will begin to struggle.

Tip number 5
Have fun its just a game , you will get to lvl 30 eventually and when you do, you will have your turn to be that guy everyone quits on.

Slinky Tip 1. Around levels 22-25 if you want to use a shield make sure its lower than your level unless legendary otherwise its usually not worth it.

mcbakura-
Thank you for posting. It is a very thought out post and contains a lot of info and hints.

Mastered: verb past tense
1. acquire complete knowledge or skill in (an accomplishment, technique, or art).

a strong word ;). I'm glad you included "may have" so ill leave it at that.

that's awesome you shared your full build, you have built a very nice heat mech. but there are only really maybe 3-4 top mech builds at 30. your close but not quite there. keep working the builds and you will find the perfect heat build. (im not going to share what I think the perfect build is on here because then you just end up with 50 people with the same build)

-hint-
The Spider (legendary) chest piece is the one you want for a heat build not hal
10 more health, 20 more heat, 7 more cool down, and 1 more kit

i had already changed the whole build the next day lol , i tried out HAL then went with Vulcano and the big monster legs , current build works good, you will notice i have no rockets and have not gone for max damage weapons , i also have opted for build with weapons who's ammo does not run out except for 1 which has the highest heat damage. all in all it's a really good mech, i have no trouble beating the practice bots or the invisible mechs and god mode mechs,
i do come across a few types of mechs in pvp that own me also, but i find i can over heat most people pretty easy, im more interested to see how it runs when all parts are at max capacity.

P.S i know i will eventually need to run rockets but i really dont want to.
