Please could you implement some system to mute spammers?

for example someone was blocked:
15 times in a hour => 1 hour mute
25 a hour => 1 day
40 a day => 1 day ban + 1 day mute
55 a day 1 week mute

==========
#2
maybe also make some "Other languages" channel, which wouldn't be affected by ^ #1 penalties, but it had its own penalties system

=====
(would be good to track the numbers, because i actually have only poor idea how many times people block spammers, +eventually it should be relative (%) to the actual count of online players)

I'd like to see both tweaked. Banning someone who has been blocked doesn't mean the player is doing wrong. He may just be trying to talk and some others in the chat are talking, so will block him.

For this I think a report button is needed. If a player reaches a certain amount of reports he is banned from using the chat for 5 minutes. Along with this report button, I think a message should come up asking if you could provide a print screen (optional). That way if a certain player gets reported so many times it can be made aware to tactisoft with evidence. Only negative of this is it requires someone to actively moderate these print screen :(

For option 2, I like it but I don't think it should be restricted to languages. I believe there should also be level boundary chat rooms, as the majority of the spammers are low levels. That way those who are serious about the game will find themselves at a higher level and be able to join a much more pleasurable chat room with the serious players of the game.

Most important for me is to make something AUTOMATIC, without any need for future confirming or any other kind of additional work.

New button:
personal block vs. report spammer ... yea maybe worth it

Levels of players:
I strongly disagree with any "low level => penalizations", imo the chat should serve to newbies the most.(The bridge between old experienced, and new players.)

On the other hand this is an english game,
(cant you play? ok, maybe you will learn, cant you speak? ok, the pictures are easy, no problem, BUT dont break the rules, dont destroy our game - including the chat by spamming)
-----

Why i want easy banning?
today there were about 30 new messages during about 2 battles:

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa nooooooo
hi
hi
hi
hi
nothing nothing nothing nothing
@#$% @#$% @$#% @#$% @#$% @$#%
aaaaaaaaaaa
give money, give money, give money, give money, give money, give money,

2 messages per 1 stupido in average,
while 80% of them play maybe 10 minutes(once,or maybe daily), and other 20% several hours a day
...Am i wrong, thinking everyone wants to have them all banned from chat for +- 3 days?

-------
Thank you for all ideas and opinions! (its great, and more than i expected :) )

There would be no penalization. There would be an open all chat and then a level 15+ chat. Anyone above level 15 can go in to the open chat. It doesn't take that long for someone to reach level 15, so it won't be long before they can join that chat. Yes there'll be some spammers but it will reduce it a lot I think :)

It shouldnt be a problem to make key words auto mute a person or block there message atleast. Such as profanity or things closely associated with profanity.

Any time a filter is put in place you will have people working to by pass it.

i really like the idea myself of a boundary chat room for different levels.
i agree that would defintally cut out the spammers ffrom the more serious gamers.
like you said, most spammers come on here just to do that, and are low level because they are not fighting.
it would be a good start anyway.

Sorry for wording it poorly, I wasnt trying to suggest that the issue would be fixed but it could be reduced slightly with this implemented. Is it worth the time to code or not isnt up to me
