actually pegasosto there are only 10 fusion levels the last one level 10 has the level 11 insignia only because the level 1 insignia belongs to fusion level 0 and the reason why they don`t allow fusion to pass this level is because if someone got to fusion level 30 then they would have +150hp to their torso this is extremely OP for example the galaxus has 160hp and if someone fused it to fusion level 30 it would have 510hp WITHOUT any modules so iff the person were to add hp legs or hp modules their health would be very high.

The galaxus has 360 not 160 hp
