You can pk with the literally the crappiest of gear. As long as you have the brains to not have all of your kits in rockets/bullets you will win 75% of the time. Also, have you tried playing at the lower levels?

in SM, it's not our intention of making the one with the best items win. Of course good weapons / torso is a factor, but not all. We put strategies in finding and using a good combination of weapon, torso and all the other things, along with how to use them in battles, to be the most important factor in deciding the winner.
