Um, Electric and Physical specials are good and balanced, but the Heat isn't.
First, this would make Heat Mechs OP, causing them to go back to 0 heat while supremely overheating their enemy. Like, something like this could happen:
Player: 167 / 178 heat CPU: 34 / 123 heat
Player uses Heat Special
Player: 0 / 178 heat CPU: 201 / 123 heat
See my point??? As you're not actually specificating the heat value, it automatically turns to ALL. If you specificate the value, this being, for example, 30-40 heat transfer, it would be fine, but without specificating there's a OP heat mech. Also transfering heat, now with the previously set value, won't make heat mechs so OP, but heat mechs could spam it to go back to 0, but they could have a severe health, energy and/or resistance loss while doing it, so they can't do it too often. Also, I don't think a set value for all mechs would be good. This could make newbies freaking powerful. For ALL torsos, the element of the Transfer would depend, as you already said, on the type of torso, but I suggest a dependance over the transfer value on the torso level. This would make this balanced with low-level players, and it would add a whole new strategy to the game. Also: so that most torsos aren't physical, only certain torsos would have Physical torso cannon, in this case, for example, Galaxus Model A. And the cannon's shot look depends on the torso you're using!!!
