The idea is you destroy items to create a stronger item. This will come with a risk, but to begin with I'll explain general idea.

So for rare item you must destroy 3 normal items. For an epic you must destroy 5 rare items. For a legendary you must destroy 7 epic items. For a mythical you must destroy 10 legendary items.

This way all items can be accessible for free to play, however with this method it's fairly easy, so we add the risk.

Completing this action won't always be successful. You have a 70% success rate for rare, 50% for epic, 30% for legendary and 10% for mythical. This means there would still be somewhat of a grind if you wanted the top weapons, however gives players the opportunity for it so long they play enough. The item obtained will be a random item in the catagory you've destroyed items for. If the action fails you will lose all the items you compressed with. So would you compress 10 legendary items with a 90% chance of losing them all? ;D

This is just again a buff for all players in top ranks or players who are willing to pay for getting sm.

All top rank players can get ne needed items very soon due their money.
High win-rate, weekly bonus beeing # 1-3 in ranking.

So this will only buff the players who did not need to be buffed!

The weekly winner can buy 20 boxes just for his winning bonus and got a relatively high chance for getting some items for the compressor.
Sure not all he needs for another mythical, but it's a really huge advatage compared to an ordinary player.

All players #4 and below must win 100 Battles for getting the same chance.
And this only if they keep their money and do not buy other items or kits.

So yeah, it's a fine idea in the view of economy, but a slap in the face for all gamers who pay no money. Another big step for SM to be a pay-to-win-game.

Somthing like this? 10 legends for a 10% chance of a myth would scare me away, maybe 50% and we get to choose which one.

The legendary item level souldnt matter either

Like how each legendary has a Mk #

Combine Mk 1 x2=Mk 2 and Mk 2x2 = Mk 3
You could combine easier to obtain legendaries to make more powerful weapons.
mythicals could be even more powerful but harder to obtain multiple copies of them.

Or have Recipe system were you certain weapons to make new or mythicals.
say Demolisher Mark 1,2,3->Demolisher Mark IV (15 barrels maybe? xD)

I think the 10% chance of getting a mythical is fair. As you can potentially, craft legendary from your unused commons, uncommon, rare items.

Generally speaking, the 10 items you would sacrifice would probably be bad legendaries.
