The more that I talk to people the more I realize that virtually no one actually likes kits being part of the game. My suggestion? Get rid of them. It would make choices around resistance modules, resistance drainers, torsos, etc. a LOT more meaningful. It will also level the playing field for players who can't buy endless kits.

Do you agree?

To funny ... after j^8 invested most money of all to fuse all items to power level 16 he suggest to eliminate kits :!:

Kits are an odd one, I know. However I don't think they need to go.

Yes they overpower a mech, but they add depth to the game. With the limits on kits now, you can't use them to counter all, so there is still possibility for weakness. Some mech builds even rely on kits to be successful. Will this sounds silly, a mech that is dependent can be really strong and still takes some brains to think up.

The main reason I don't think kits should be removed is it stops a surplus of SM credits. Once you've acquired the items necessary to play around with top builds, fused your weapons up high enough, there's nothing else to buy in the game. Kits allow you to keep spending your SM, so you don't find yourself obtaining obscene amounts of it (even then there are cases where players are still).

If there are no kits ... my sister have all items +15 damage ... so it would be a big adventage for her :!:
