Does anybody else find the new update annoying where if you remove the torso, everything else stays on? Well, i have been experimenting with mechs and this new update had made it take longer than needed. I know that it can be helpful for replacing the torso of the mech without having to put it back together again. So i have been thinking about something to fix this. I propose a button that can switch between these 2 options. So you can have the remove all option for experimenting mechs and also have only remove one option in order to remove only the torso when replacing torsos. I hope this was helpful.
Cheers

I personally thought this feature was pretty useless and annoying as well.

I eventually got used to it, but only because all the mechs I build have the same torso :)

Maybe a "Clear" button and a "Clear all" button to erase a single build or all builds on the workshop would be useful.

rather than the button switching between what happens if you remove the torso would it not be better to make the button simply dismantle the mech? obviously it would come with an are you sure message.

I do agree with you that the new update is (Want to be allies? Sometimes I like to pretend I am a princess riding a pony..) tho. you could already change the torso without getting rid of the other equipment by clicking the torso you wanted so they tried to fix a problem that didnt exist and in doing so created one (perhaps they're feminists)

reviving this thread because it's really pissing me off now. I hate having to remove every single little item when switching mechs when it would be so easy to add a button to dismantle the mech ffs.

+1

Now that I have 2 torsos sufficient for 1v1s and 2v2s this "feature" is becoming annoying.

All we're asking for is a "Clear Mech" button! Make it happen Tacticsoft!

Oh my lord I thought I was the only one affected by this. To be honest this is super annoying and wastes time. For a guy like me who sucks at building mechs and constantly has to make new stuff up in the workshop I really want this to be fixed. I would love a clear all button. Thanks for making this post and to all the people who came up with good ideas.
Have a great day all :)
