How about special upgrade items?

Didn't make some precice calculations about values, etc...

The special items can't be bought, you can get them only if you LOSE a multiplayer fight. 3% chance to get one but never more than 2 a day or so. The more you have, the lower the chance to get one...

5 different types of items you can get, with a value of 1 (common),2 (rare) or 3 (legendary):

one physical
one heat
one explosive
one energy
one electrical

if you upgrade a weapon, the weapon will give more physical/explosive/electric damage or generates more heat / sucks energy

if you upgrade a torso: phys = 2 x hit points, heat = heat, explosive = cooling, enery = energy, electrical = regeneration

Maybe now it is possible to create combined weapons. Is this good? Hmm... Or it will be locked to upgrade an energy weapon with heat for example. If so, give them some power for "normal" upgrade (250, 500, 1000?)

BUT:

these upgrades DONT work against lower level Players. Hmm, maybe they don't work against Players lower in the ladder? Good Idea

I think this would make the game more fun, more individual and more competitive...
