hi a question if somebody launch a misil to my outpost and i have 1 fleet in op, my fleets down his hp to 1, ¡but they can recovered of damage?? ¿or i need meke new units??

well, if you have 1 fleet there, 10% units will be killed, and yes, your units will heal Hp, depends upon radiation ticks...

even if u have too many fleets, only 10% will be killed by 1 Missile, others , down to 1 Hp till radiation over

When the nuke hits you automatically lose 10% of all troops on the OP like Niazi said. You're surviving troops will be dropped to 1 HP and they will gain 1 HP per tick that they don't move. If you move them off the OP to your colony or another OP they will not start to regain HP until they land at their destination.

Radiation is also a factor like he said. Radiation makes troops lose 1 HP per tick, but cannot kill troops. Since your troops are already at 1 HP they will stay at 1 HP until the radiation is over or until you move your troops to another OP.
