so, an interesting thing happened on E4 to me just now. some RoFL players came to play in E4 which is fine. however, war broke out between WaL (rank 4) and UWS (with RoFL players in it) rank 1, now 2) rank 1 team (LiB) joined in the war. well, we broke into africa all is well, then WaL placed relocation OPs over by us. 1 guy used his and relocated to it, then all of a sudden this happens

As ilona pointed out in E3 when this same thing happened (to be explained shortly) it could just be a new guy that decided to place randomly and noticed some OPs by him. could it? well as you see, this time the OPs are in northern canada. random location genarator does not place there that close to colonies, considering so many other places.
whats funny is, that this thing happened to me on E3. my team was fighting RoFL, and we had decided to relocate to an ally. very funny, a random player popped up and spammed our OPs out of nowhere after the 1st guy relocated.
i believe something needs to be done, people can no longer leave ANY outposts for relocation without first making an OP as a TB when facing RoFL, as they place spammers like this.
i would like the account banned, and the OPs returned to their previous control ticks if they get taken. i messaged seth he has not replied, however i do believe i needed to share this with the world, so they can see sayan's cheating ways.
