well when the alliance i was in won an era we didnt have to buy our way to the top..but i guess alot has changed since OC...like auto shield which is complete £$%^&*I(O)

and Julatsa was the second strongest college of magic (out of 4) before the Garonin destroyed it...the only college to survive if you could call it that was Xetesk..
so i wouldnt be calling it weak especially as the Tai gethen have links to Jullatsa....
