Declaration of war, From V to TRAJ.
Dear TRAJ,
We love you, but you are being too oppressive for our tastes.
Liberate all your conquers, and we won't conquer you.
Additionally, if you want all of your outposts, metal mines and oil wells, each member will have to broadcast a message telling your conquers how sorry you are for conquering them every 50 ticks for the rest of the era.
If you desire winning some tokens this era by being top 3, we require you to force relocate and raze any ops in NA, and then make a giant V made out of radars.
We don't want to fight you, but we hope you understand the situation.
