I think the Size should be kept as small as possible nd the Graphics shouldn't be too much and it should be Fast with no stopping or Hanging..

I would also suggest that this app should be for both BD AND BG not only BD..

and plz dont care abt size , make it the best game possible with best graphics , the player should get an exp that he should think the this game has better graphics then asphalt 8.

Yeah but dont try not to go over 2 GB

2GB is massive for mobile game... BD shouldn't be even one. If I had to guess, they'll redo the portal, including mars, fantasy, earth, and galaxy together in one menu. Who knows why they seperated it in the first place

First things first, improved graphics, more user friendly way of controlling squads. Faster tick (4-6) worlds for mobiles/tabs,etc.. only. Normally we get battle reports, you click next round and then again, you see the losses wins blah-blah, for the new mobile version I would like to see the reports like your watching a movie.... you know more cinematic way. New things like more type of units/weapons/resources; which force the player to play the game more strategically.

That's been suggested hundreds of times (viewing BR's). It won't happened, and if it somehow does, it'll be on desktop. The power required to render, calculate, etc those scenes can't be done with BD (browser, flash, etc).

I personally would just like improvements rather than new things, like new graphics, menus, etc with the same gameplay. I do agree that faster worlds (or something similar) would be awesome for mobile.

Is there any information on whether the games are cross-platform? I would hope so but I don't know if its possible

What is cross platform?

The games are the same on multiple platforms (phones, pc, etc). That way, you can log in on your computer and access the same world as your phone.

Ofc without even thinking this is required.
