Also, I have led alliances in the past, and I've done a couple good ones, but one or two of them just didn't get any good players involved. Some expert players would be nice. I want this alliance to be in the top 13 the whole round. Rank 1 isn't necessary, but would be nice. lol. If I sense that you don't really know what you are doing, I'll be more than happy to help out. But if you continue to do stupid stuff, you WILL be kicked and conquered. This is NOT a noob friendly alliance.

Relocation to within 3 ticks travel time from me. We gotta stick close to each other.
