I may have missed some, but I haven't seen any posts yet about this, so here goes (if this has been covered, I apologize in advance
):
when you relocate, what drives the cost in oil? does building more stuff, and making troops raise the price of relocating? I ask because one guy told me that the cost (of oil) is proportional, and should cost me a few hundred oil initially, but when I tried relocating before, a similar distance, it costed me 10k oil.
So basically, does the amount of oil needed to relocate increase with time, the amount of infrastructure/troops, something else entirely, or it doesn't change at all?
