Neko, here.

For the past 24 hours I have been experiencing issues with Battle Dawn on my computer. It consistently crashes after about 3 minutes, citing "Shockwave Flash" crashes.

Yes, my flash is up to date, and yes, my Chrome is up to date.

Can anyone shed some light on what may be occurring?

Have you tried using a different browser such as firefox or opera?
