It is easy to find a good alliance, if you know how to look for them. All you have to do is start out at tick one, when the world refreshes (don't come in after the fact and think you can win.) Build your workers, and resources, then build your power, get your crystal, let it get taken and you conquered, don't rebell, sit back and relax as your build your structures, when proper structures and producing reasources, then start building only range ships 2/0/1 ratio. Do not except the first alliance invitation you get, but save it for later. When you do what I just said, you will get many invites.

Or you could start your own alliance, find a weaker enemy, declare war, kick @$$, your rank will go up, steal crystals from weak enemies that have no alliance or are in a really weak alliance, then post in a broadcast that your looking for alliance, and out of the invites, choose the highest ranking one.

Basing a choice on rank alone is just foolish. Not that it matters much since this thread is quite old.

I usually just pan the map , and look for areas where top teams place there colonies. Since i have been playing BD For 3+ years , i know who the top players are , so its easy to bulid near.

Well, even when a thread is old, It can be made active by writing a few replies. Basing on age of thread alone is just foolish. Not that it matters, cuz yur a moderator and allowed to diss on other people.

Well since you want to give a snarky reply, reviving an old dead thread won't do much good (especially one such as this) as either the player learned by now, is no longer around, or certainly doesn't check this thread. Reviving old threads only fills the active topics with more or less spam making it difficult for new players or mods to sift through to find what is important. Hence why we don't like necro posting.
