hi everyone. i was wondering, how come when a team captures a garrison in the middle of the ocean, nobody is allowed to relocate to that location? i feel that since those OPs were earned by fighting for them, that anyone should have full rights to relocate to that position if that is desired, and admin should not be allowed to kick them out.
