I got the Spy protection On.. and still my Colony is affected..

I'm thinking he got the event before refreshing. Spy pro ticks only change when you refresh, events you can get without refreshing.

Try refreshing, see what happens.

That's why I make sure I have 20,000 ticks of spy protection every era.

Yeah that's the thing with spies... everything about them is usually secretive... kind of fits with the theme lol. You should be worried it if does say who did it.
