From my experience, I've seen a majority of people who.have family that play get banned there first couple rounds xD

what about snagg, players are using the screenshots of msgs and editing them to make members look like cheaters. This in it self is cheating in my book-example- http://snag.gy/3rCWR.jpg

Which is why we have the 'report' button on messages. We do not accept screenshots of ingame messages as they're easy to photoshop. Instead, we ask members to click the report button, as it sends us a copy of the message log that cannot be forged.

Another sure fire way is to make complaint to paypal about bd they will ban you within a couple hours

Yes,you are correct. We have a no refund policy, and if you attempt to refund, you will be promptly banned. Check our terms of service,as it is clearly outlined there.
