So this is a new complaint than I'm used to. I've honestly never come across a company that makes it impossible to give them money, but tacticsoft is apparently unique....

When I try to buy tokens on my tablet or phone (android), the screen freezes once I select the amount I want to buy. Nothing ever loads. I've tried several times.

When I try to buy tokens on my computer, it only gives me the option to buy using paypal. I don't have a paypal account and don't want to pay with paypal. I used to be able to use my credit/debit cards directly, until it got changed.

Here's a tip: in the future actually let your customers pay. It's a good business strategy.

Sorry! COuld you try clearing your app data (Settings -> APplications -> Super Mechs)? It may help with this.

It also should still offer you credit card payments, simply click paypal and then at the bottom of paypal select "Or Pay with your Credit Card".
