Check the news updates; it seems like there have been changes to boosting and the resources gained. Can someone clear two things up for me?

1) How do you determine how much of the resources are gained from the boost?

2) What is meant by 0 cooldown ticks? Can anyone boost to their heart's content again?

it will later then, i saw it too and im rather upset with this one because
1) its a ninja update
2) no cooldown on emergency boosts???? are you serious???? someone with a ton of reds would literally have unlimited resources...

Lol, boosters will party with reds. They will have a ball. Cool down ticks are necessary. Like tenk said, they will ha e unlimited resources if they are a heavy booster.
