So I'm maxed out on oil, but at the top it still says +49

I knew you didn't get res when you were maxed out, but this thing told me otherwise?

It gave me the false impression I might actually get oil when I'm still maxed out :lol:

It's just a display bug.. I believe the +49 is what you get from taxation, correctly?
