why do call centers higher so many people who cant speak english? surely (for a company whos customer base primarily speak english) speaking good english is the most important ability for this kind of job? yknow.. the job of SPEAKING ENGLISH TO PEOPLE ON THE PHONE?

Needless to say, I cannot use my mobile phone for the next 2 days. And some immigrant cant tell me why.

I work in a call center - and I speak Perfectly Fine :D
