Yeah.. I actually got more though, since I also razed about 2 OPs per tick on average, averaged 1 wreck per 4 ticks and got a lot of wreckage from all the attacks :)

the highest amount of wrecks i ever got was 87 in one era

Not every tick.. But I didn't miss many ticks when needed. When at war I was on every tick that I could do stuff yeah..

But the wrecks was mostly because I had a good gate network, almost every 3 ticks. Allowed me to get to every wreck first :)
