This game as usual is filled with bugs. This is the new one: when i shot with the coldfire the screen freezes. http://prntscr.com/bhfzvs
Sometimes happens that i have a random damage printed on the screen without any reason. http://prntscr.com/bhg0iv
Stop creating a bilion of new mythicals items if you are not even able to make the game work well. Do you know that you can't see more than 1 replay in ladder battles or the screen freezes when you try to quit from the ladder?
And the fact that the game works on 2 servers is very annoying because the enemys continue to switch in the other in order to not face the best players in 2vs2 or 3vs3.
I'm so glad that i have never spent a cent here.

Sorry to hear this and thank you very much for reporting these bugs.

Could you explain the exact steps to make the game freeze as you quit from the ladder? I've tried watching a few battles from multiple places but have failed to reproduce this issue.

Also, the languages are on the same server, we do employ multiple but this should be a fairly seamless experience - it's needed to support all of our players and shouldnt offer any choices (or have any major effect).

Could you explain how players are abusing this exactly? That way we can look into it.

When i watched the second replay and i click on campaign: http://prntscr.com/bhvpt4, can you see the strange thing on the top? I can't move the screen is blocked. I need to refresh.

And one of the servers is so *CENSORED* slow it takes like 10 seconds to make a move.

Ah I see. Wouldn't this lead to the strong players ending up to find each other in Server B though, ruining the point of it?

Regardless I'll ask if it's possible to do something about this, e.g. lock you to a certain server for a while.

The same of the other 1000 players that have some problems with this game. I continue to post screenshot of the screen freezes until you'll solve this problem.

Sorry but we really need to know where to look, this is a very large game and if we can't make the issue happen ourselves, it may be impossible to find a solution.

Any information would help hugely - this is affecting some specific configuration out there (or we would have figured this out very quickly), we need to know which so we can figure out why.
