When you try to hurry training of 15 units (let's say soldiers concussive armour) it costs you 30 workers.
When you do same for 18 units it is 36, but if you try to hurry 19 and more units it is misscalculating and it says that you need 722 workers for 19 units.
So you can hurry 60 units in 4 groups of 15 but if you try to hurry them at once it is asking you for 7200 workers.
