The new one annoys me... it is so oddly shaped...

If you pay attention, it is either a pentagonal pyramid, or the far side is extremely long. Even if it is a pentagonal pyramid, the proportions are off for sizes.

Just gotta erase the far right side that is showing and it will look right.

Whoever made the new one needs to work on perspective Otherwise though, I would pick the new one.

technically you can see the far side especially from an elevated view.

ie, look at a pyramid from birds eye view, as you move more to level with its ground base the other sides disappear.

the fact that you see if from an angel means the other side can be there, also depending on how steep it is you can see even more :/

Lol, not in this case, no way.

If you look at the lines of perspective, the way this is drawn... well, the horizon is behind you. It just bugs the heck out of me because I like to consider myself at least semi-ok at art.

Now if the top point of the pyramid were in the "middle" of the pyramid by the viewing standpoint, then I could see what you are saying, and then it probably wouldn't bug me. And I probably wouldn't realize that its supposed to be a pyramid either, but hey, thats just me

The new one looks like something from the Sith Empire. (Star Wars reference. Most nerds should get it) I liked the old one. It seems like everything on the new battledawn is supposed to be edgier and darker.
