so looking through my old notes and i found the old suggestion rules, on things you could not suggest here they are.
* Outposts of any kind
* Changing the names of Outposts
* Military units
* Spy units
* Constructions/Structures
* Allowing more members for alliance
* Defending neutral/allied alliances
* Unit transfer
* Increasing tax rates
* Tick lengths
* Changing the worker assignment rate! (It will unbalance the game. -Michael)
* Custom Worlds
* Donation-free Servers
* Disallowing subs
* Bringing bounties back
* Bringing back the 'Delete Colony' button
* Sending things other than red tokens, gold, and lumber
* Changes to, or removal of, havoc
* Multiple players controlling a single colony (i.e. Account sitting)
* Mobile phone/iPhone BattleDawn apps (Already accepted, we don't need to see this suggestion reappear every 2 weeks))

I'd vote to change that to just
* Changing the names of Outposts
