Hi team, I just finished my final campaign. As I clicked on the mythical box to claim, a pop up box with "connecting with server" came out, and the game just hangs there. Tried multiple times to log in but the game still fail to load.

After a few hours, I managed to logged in again, but the mythical box was missing. The items I supposed to redeem were 2 mythical items with 3 ultra power kits.

Kindly look into the matter as I wish to redeem my 2 mythical items with 3 ultra power kits.
