Don't spend real money on gold boxes trying to gain mythical items. you will never get what you want unless you spend $1000. If you have that kind of money good for you and totally do it. Mythical items provide an unfair advantage and for $1000 you deserve that advantage.

Plenty of players have gotten great items (both, legendary and mythical) out of gold boxes. It takes a lot less money than that to get some good gear to help build a mech, though again, strategy is the single most important thing still.
