The following terms for NAP ( Non-Aggression Pact ) As follows.
A) All outposts posted near/at our colonies must be razed.
B) Colony of Devilhunter must be relocated.
C) The release of Nabbzy's Colony.
D) All terms must be met in the next 4 days within boost period.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
If terms are not met then
A)Op's will be attacked and razed.
B) War will be Declared on side with RO.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
If Terms are met:
A) Ops can be allowed to be built near our Ops but not near our colonies.
B) Will remain Neutral in conflict.
C) Other Terms Pending.
